Hi Temp fire blankets are
designed to protect personnel and equipment from intense heat, flame,
welding spark, and molten metal splash. Our products are primarily used
in refineries, petro-chemical plants,
ship building, forest product plants, pulp and paper mills, and
building
construction.

Hi Temp's coated and
uncoated welding blankets materials are available in rolls and
pre-cut fire blankets. There are two roll sizes: 39.25" wide -
475 sq. ft, 61" wide - 750 sq. ft. Pre-cut welding blankets are
finished with hemmed edges and grommets as required. |

R51 - 32 Oz COATED
FIBERGLASS WELDING BLANKET (RED)
Fiberglass cloth impregnated
with Hi Temp's proprietary silicone elastomer coating. This material
weights 32 oz/yd2 and is capable of withstanding temperatures
in excess of 1750oF. This material is solvent-resistant,
water-resistant, and will not produce toxic gases when exposed to
intense heat or flame.

This material is an uncoated
24 oz plain weave fiberglass cloth. Suitable for multiple uses and

R51-LxWx1P (Pad)
and R51-LxWx1PS (Pad with Mesh)
Hi Temp Welding and Heat Treatment Pads are
constructed from R51 silicone impregnated fiberglass welding blanket
material encompassing 1” of high heat insulation. The R51 material
weighs 32oz/yd2 and is capable in withstanding
temperatures in excess of 1750 OF. Pads are provided
with the option of one side stainless steel mesh for added
durability. The stainless steel mesh option is only available on
widths up to 30”.
