Welding Pads

Hi Temp Welding and Heat Treatment Pads are constructed from R51 silicone impregnated fiberglass welding blanket material encompassing 1” of high heat insulation. The R51 material weighs 32oz/yd² and is capable in withstanding temperatures in excess of 1750 ^OF. Pads are provided with the option of one side stainless steel mesh for added durability. The stainless steel mesh option is only available on widths up to 30”.

Typical Uses	Welders kneeling pads, pre heat and post heat treatment pads, heat shields when working on hot vessels, insulating blanket, box liner for high heat materials.
Custom Orders	Custom sizes can be manufactured to order. Pads can be made with ½” insulation instead of the standard 1” insulation.
